Portrait Commission: $30

Waist-up Portraits with Full Shading. Optional simple background is free! Additional Character +$30/ Creature +$25. Only up to 3 Characters/Creatures per Commission~

Flat Color Full Body Commission: $40

Flat Full Body Commissions. Dynamic perspective and posing are available upon request! Optional simple background is free! Patterns and detailed backdrops +$25! Additional Character +$40, up to 3 Characters per Commission~

Shaded Full Body Commission: $55

Fully shaded and rendered Commissions! Add a backdrop for $25! Additional Characters +$45. Only up to 2 Characters for this Commission type~

Request Form and Process
Please include a description for the commission (you can link reference images if you'd like). Then wait for a reply and we can discuss the details from there. Once everything is finalized, I'll begin the sketch phase. After we decide on the final sketch, we'll discuss payment options and the process simplifies to a back-and-forth progress review until completion~

Terms of Service

General Terms
(1) I reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
(2) Prices are subject to change based on demand.Payment
(1) Payments must be in USD and are only payable through PayPal.
(2) Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after approval.
(3) Do not send me Payments, I will send Payment invoices through PayPal.Process and Delivery
(1) Service time will vary depending on the complexity of the order. I will give an estimate when I accept and discuss your order but these are tangible.
(2) I will always send a reply to order forms before I accept orders. If you did not get a reply after 3-5 business days, please re-submit your commission request form.
(3) This service is for digital commissions only, there will be no physical product. You will receive a high res digital image (.PNG) along with original work files ( .CLIP or .PSD)Revisions
(1) Up to 3 revisions included in the price per order. Additional fees will be added after the 3rd revision.
(2) A fee will be added to any revision after the order has been completed.Copyrights and Usage
I, Simeone Santana (The Artist):(1) I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
(2) I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
(3) I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
(4) I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
(5) I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio.You (the customer/commissioner):(1) You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
(2) You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
(3) You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
(4) You may use artwork for commercial use Only with written consent.
(5) You may reproduce the artwork for Personal Use Only.Cancellation & Refund Policy
(1) You cannot ask for a refund after the sketch phase of the order.
(2) If you cancel the order during or before the sketch phase, you will receive a full refund.
(3) If I cannot start your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
(4) If you are getting a refund, I will transfer the money back by PayPal. Do Not request a PayPal chargeback.
(5) If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
